2022 Match Play Championship of ve hře na jamky 2024

Podmínkou pro účast v mistrovství LGCPY ve hře na jamky je: platné členství v LGCPY, muži HCP 28 a nižší, ženy HCP 28 a nižší a přihlášení formou emailu na pilat@loretagolf.cz do 20.4. 2024. Součástí přihlášky je platný email, telefonní číslo.

The following must be observed during the game: valid golf rules, CGF competition regulations, local LGCPY rules and these regulations.

When:

Registration:

Nasazení do pavouka proběhne 28. dubna 2024. Hráči budou nasazeni dle aktuálního HCP k tomuto dni dle obecného číselného nasazení. Hráči budou informování o svých soupeřích emailem a na https://jamkovka.loretagolf.cz/.

Players then arrange individual matches themselves according to the instructions that will be sent to them by email and information text messages. The player with the higher handicap (as indicated in the chart) is obliged to challenge (contact) the opponent.

Players are required to complete individual matches within the prescribed time period (see dates in the chart). Players are obliged to mutually agree on the date of their match. If the players do not agree on a date, the respective round will be played on the last possible date according to the schedule.

In the event that the players do not take advantage of the options given by the rules and do not start the match on the set date at all, the player with a lower handicap advances to the last day of the set date for playing the match.

n the event that one of the players demonstrably does not respond to the calls of the other (e.g. evidenced by e-mail), the competition committee reserves the right to reach a decision regarding advancement.

Results:

The player will report the result (signed scorecard) at the reception desk, which will ensure that it is entered in the playoff chart.

Determination of order in case of equal results:

In the event of a tie after 18 holes, play continues from hole #1 until the decision is made.

Targeting the position of the holes:

Caddy:

During a round, measurement with devices used exclusively for distance measurement is allowed.

When registering at the reception, the player can pick up their Pin position together with their scorecard.

Caddies and fore-caddies are prohibited for this competition!

Prescribed time schedule:

Matches for which the opponents are known can be previewed outside the stated dates.

Payment of costs:

Participants pay their own expenses related to participation.

Pace of the game:

In the case of an unacceptable delay in the pace of the game (judgment is fully within the competence of the referee and/or marshals), the following rules will be followed:

First violation - 1 penalty stroke

Second violation - loss of hole

Further subsequent violations - disqualification - loss of match

Inadmissible delay may be, for example, not playing a provisional ball in a situation where it is not clear whether the ball will be found in the limit or when it is not absolutely clear that the ball is lying in the Course.

Interruption of game due to dangerous situation / Evacuation plan:

In the event of a dangerous situation (e.g. a thunderstorm), the game will be interrupted by repeated long sirens.

Players must immediately stop play, mark the position of their balls and move to the clubhouse. When moving, they should not move (if possible) on open and elevated places.

Violation of the stoppage of play provision will result in disqualification.
